-Always wash your hands before cleaning your tattoo!

-Remove bandage within 2-3 hours after getting your tattoo. please do not re-bandage.

-Wash your tattoo with an anti-bacterial liquid soap. be gentle, use tour hands, do not use a washcloth or anything that will exfoliate your tattoo.

-Gently pat your tattoo dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.

-The first 2-4 days: wash the tattoo with a liquid anti-bacterial soap, let the tattoo dry 5-10 minutes, gently rub a very small amount o ointment on your tattoo. we recommend aquaphor, if you are allergic, use a non scented lotion such as lubriderm. do this routine at least 3-5 times daily.

-If allergic reaction occurs such as: inflammation, swelling, fever, foul smelling discharge, please contact a medical professional

-It is absolutely normal for a tattoo to be red and slightly swollen or the first 3 days, muscle ache is also normal, if symptoms do not subside please contact a medical professional.

-Do not use cloth bandages or pads, as the fibers of these materials can stick to your new tattoo and hinder the healing process.

-Wear clean, loose fitting clothing over your tattoo for the first two weeks, nothing abrasive, irritating, tight, or binding.

-On day 3-4 your tattoo may begin to peel, this is normal. do not pick or scratch at the skin.

-Begin using a mild, white, unscented lotion, free of dyes or perfumes. apply for at least 2 weeks or as needed.

-You can shower, but do not soak your tattoo for 2 weeks.

-No swimming, no soaking, no hot tubs, no saunas.

-DO NOT expose your tattoo to the sun for at least 3 weeks, afterwards please use sunblock to protect and help preserve your new tattoo.
